All prices are shown and all transactions are processed in Australian Dollars.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
We want your order to reach you as quickly as possible. So that you know what to expect, some general guidelines are provided below. Please note, these are guidelines only and may vary from time to time (eg Christmas).
All orders are taken by SSL website and we currently use Australia Post as Delivery Partner to deliver your parcel safely and quickly. BOG OUT can ship to Australia Post Office Boxes OR Street Addresses and we recommend that you supply your mobile phone number at the time of purchase to assist our delivery partner expedite your delivery.
All orders are sent from Stratford Post Office, Queensland 4870. Please note, this is a regional area and not able to access same day delivery.
Orders are usually dispatched within two working days of online payment however, due to shortages caused through Coronavirus we are currently dispatching orders 10-14 days after online payment. If you require more urgent delivery please email our office; [email protected]
Flat Rate may apply (AUD $19.95 per order) OR available as “”Free Shipping” Australia-wide. This is indicated in the website shopping cart prior to purchase.
All orders are sent as standard deliveries. If Express service is required, please notify using the “Comments section at the time of payment. BOG OUT HQ will contact you direct prior to shipping and advise if additional charges apply.
Sent as parcel post using Australia Post parcel service.
For EXPRESS deliveries
Sent as Australia Post Express Parcel so your order should arrive in two working days if you are in the Express Post delivery network, or as quickly as possible if you are outside the network.
If no one is home
If no one is home at the time, usually the driver will contact you to confirm the alternative delivery address or will leave a note for you so the parcel can be pickup by you from the nearest Post Office. Please leave your best contact phone number so the driver can confirm delivery time if applicable.
Deliveries to major cities or towns can take 2-7 business days. Deliveries to rural and remote parts of Victoria, NSW and Queensland can take up to a week. Deliveries to rural and remote South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory, can take 7 to 14 days.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver by the estimated timeframe, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with transport partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date. We can’t be held liable for loss or damage resulting from late delivery but we will do our best to help you in these circumstances.
We usually notify you of the status of your order within 24hrs (next business day), to let you know how your order is progressing, or when it has been shipped. In cases where we have run out of a particular item, we will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible to discuss your order if we cannot dispatch the item to you within 7 days.
There are rare occasions where external factors completely outside of the control of our delivery partners can delay a parcel, despite their best endeavours, so we do ask for your patience and cooperation in these circumstances.
Standard AUD $49 Shipping Fee applies to all overseas orders. Standard shipping using DHL Express applies. DHL tracking is via email /text message. Customers can upgrade to express international postage and will be advised any additional fees. All duties and taxes are payable by the customer receiving the goods.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please contact us before returning any item. Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery and must be pre-authorised by phoning (+61) 407 673 561 or emailing [email protected] for confirmation. Returns sent without authorisation will be refused.
Items must be returned with a copy of the original Tax Invoice, in original condition, and must be saleable as new. Restocking fee is assessed by the Returns Manager upon inspection and may be waived when store credit is taken (instead of a refund). Used, installed, blemished, damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted for return. Special order items may not be returned under any circumstances.
